We Provide a “DONE-FOR-YOU” Weight Training Plan to Follow for FREE.
We also give you a DONE-FOR-YOU workout plan when you become a member. So whether you are new to weight training or have some experience, we eliminate all the guess work. The plan shows what to do everyday.
Plus, when you come in, you can workout in comfort – our gym will always be kept immaculately clean and organized (we have extra staff just for this!)

Are There Initiation and Sign up Fees?

What is the Cancellation Policy Once You are Open?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your membership, you simply must notify us before your next billing date. You will need to complete a cancelation request form and submit before the next billing date. If you have any unpaid dues, those will need to be paid before cancellation. *note- if you initially signed up for a membership at a promotional rate, and later wish to re-join, there is no guarantee that we can later renew your membership at the previous rate.

We are located at 1800 N Bayshore Dr (2nd level of the 1800 Club Condominium). We are directly across the street from Margert Pace Park Dog park, atop the huge staircase.

What Are The Classes Like?
Our one-of-a-kind program is called LEAN365. The program is designed like a personal training workout, in a group setting. By focusing on different muscle groups each day, you will never get bored and you will see results fast. There are 6 total station that include various resistance and strength exercises. Did I mention you burn 500+ calories in 50 min?!
MONDAY – PUSH
Mondays are for defining everything from waist up! Ladies, expect to get slimmer arms, more defined shoulders, and a helpful ‘lift’ at your chest. Men, you will develop the desired ‘V-Shape’ at your waist and lower back. Come ready to get pumped and leaner!
TUESDAY – CARDIO, CORE, CONDITIONING
Tuesdays are for your sweat-sesh. Cardio circuits to melt away your stomach fat. Core exercises to give you ‘wash board abs’. Get ready to get energized and feel euphoric in this heart pounding workout!
WEDNESDAY – LEGS AND BUTT
Wednesdays are for getting your legs and butt stronger and leaner. Your confidence will soar in tight jeans and shorts. And guy or girl, there’s just something super appealing about a toned, firm butt!
THURSDAY – CORE, CARIDO, ENDURANCE
Similar to Tuesday, we give you a second, ‘sweat it out’ workout. Get ready for another heart-pounding workout of intervals, ab work, and maximal fat loss! You will feel euphoric and accomplished after this workout.
FRIDAY – PULL
Friday’s are for your ‘back side’. Working on your back, shoulders, and biceps, expect to get a sleeker, more ‘trimmed’ look. Whichever gender, wearing tank tops to ‘show-off what you got’ will be your new thing!
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY – FULL BODY CIRCUITS
Saturdays and Sundays are for your all-out, full body, cardio blasting, fat melting workouts! Have fun and burn a ton of calories before you start your ‘Miami weekend adventures’.
